Welcome @Mike Vandeville and @Natalia Barbosa to the Functional Gymnastics community, and I hope your training is going great! Where are you from and what are some of your training goals? Hey @Travis Ewart we met in Waukesha at Redemption earlier this year at your seminar. I am in Kenosha, Wisconsin and train at CrossFit Kenosha. Currently I am working on building volume in butterfly pull-ups, strict hspu, and working on progressions of bar muscle ups. No questions as of yet, just enjoying the process and learning as much as I can to keep progressing each day.
