@Isaiah Jones It took me like 4 or 5 years to build up an immunity to Chicken Pox. Everyone kept thinking it was something else after the first time, but the Dr confirmed it was Chicken pox, again. I should have advised my parents to buy stock in calamine lotion.

@Isaiah Jones Correct, it would go away and then the next school year it would come back.
God only has sinners to work with
Been going through Judges as part of my daily devotional and today got into the life of Samson. The devotional commentary mentioned that despite Samson’s pride, sin, and lack of obedience to Nazarite law God still used him and filled him with His spirit to accomplish His work. God did not endorse Samson’s disobedience and sin but He used Samson to carry out His will. When it comes to people, God only has sinners to work with. This stuck with me today especially as Easter is around the corner because no matter where we are at God still uses us despite our sin. Our sin is never endorsed but that can’t stop Him. What’s something that touched you from your devotional time?

I am in Ruth, just started today, so only a little bit ahead of you. Ruth did not have to follow Naomi, but she did and she got a great blessing from it. When we follow God, or the way less traveled, God often has blessings not found by others. Go the hard way often has some extra or fun or much needed "Easter Eggs" for us that we would not find in going the "normal" route that most people follow.
6 week challenge ??👀
I am in the process of putting together a 6 week fitness and faith accelerator challenge! (Growing stronger in your faith and fitness over 6 weeks) And I want you to be a part of the process so it can serve others better 🤝 So, two questions….. 1) interested? Yes? No? (Vote in poll) 2) if interested, what are 2 specific components you would like to see? if not interested, what would make you interested? (Comment below) P.S. invite your friends (or your enemies)! Special gift for those around when it drops 👀

I am in a plan, and it accelerates this plan then I am interested but if it derails my current plan then not interested.

Changing the workouts or diet could derail my current plan.
What sports do you follow?
With March Madness upon us for those in the US and who enjoy college basketball, I’m curious what sports do you enjoy following (or playing)?? What do you enjoy about it? For me, the NCAA tournament is a fun time and full of last minute excitement. You don’t really know what’s going to happen and who will win which adds to the thrill of it.

The only "sport" I do outside of lifting, is Camping. I know most don't see it as a sport, but why does one have to go to the sporting good store or department to purchase camping supplies if it is not a sport?
Difficult exercise??
What’s an exercise that you have been having a hard time with either due to form, intensity, or just don’t like even though you know it’s good for you? What have you learned so far to help it be more doable?

Anything planks is hard for me. I find that I need to do something that resembles a plank so that it builds strength. Someday it will look easy when I do it, but for now I am just glad for grace.

@Caleb Jones I do the planks on my arms and knees to build the muscles for the exercise.🤣
