Hey @Bill McCafferty good to see you! We did some Auction buying in North Carolina just for fun and ended up subdividing a few lots that we still own. As far as finding notes: You have to figure, every entity that brings properties to auction is a potential note seller prior to the sale. There are 3,000 counties in the US. Not all of the states are desirable to own notes, but there is still a ton of entities to contact.
