Hi all, I'm Mike Matta, I live in Melbourne, Florida. I work for a company called Alithya that's is headquartered in Montreal and has numerous offices in the US. I report to the head of the Microsoft division located in Alpharetta Georgia. I am the tech lead for the CSO (Customer Support and Optimization team). CSO is basically tech support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems (there are several). We also provide support for D365 implementation teams in the field. Members of my team are learning to use Claude AI and Microsoft Co-Pilot to automate basic tasks that tech support and implementation consultant’s waste time doing manually. I'm late to the game. I have not created any agents and I don't have a Claude subscription yet, so I have much ground to cover in the next few weeks. I hope to create an agent that will track time spent on various projects to simplify and expedite the process of creating a time card. One question I would like answered - what are the strengths and weaknesses of each AI platform? This will help me decide which platform to move forward with. Just because a couple other members of the team have had success with Claude + Co-Pilot does not mean that I have to move forward with the same platform. Question 2 would be which platform offers the best visibility and control to restrict the agent from accessing sensitive information? Thanks for a great week 1. I’m looking forward to what’s next!
