I had a wakeup call this week about the Onliners About Page. I'd obviously reviewed it before. But Ryan Duncan posted about how most EXISTING community members will spend most of their Skool time on a laptop or desktop etc. But most NEW TRAFFIC to your About Page will be following a link from Insta, YouTube etc and they'll be mainly on Mobile. When I looked at the Onliners About page on the mobile app none of the testimonials were readable without zooming in. So I deleted them. All. I might create new ones at some stage. But the point is, removing things that don't help people is not only far easier than creating new things, it actually improves your page more! Keep them focused on what will help them most. And you will - help them most!! Have you checked out YOUR community on the mobile app lately? If there are things that aren't immediately readable without zooming in, you're probably missing out on new member conversions.
