Less is More
I've said it before, but I think we all need reminders. I was watching the Skool games session with Sam and Hormozi and they reminded all the winners - it's not about doing more, it's about leverage - producing more outputs with less inputs. What can you do less of this month?

I don’t make a lot of videos, on purpose, because I want a certain consistent theme across my channel. That history theme I am simply taking now to my Skool community
About About Pages
I had a wakeup call this week about the Onliners About Page. I'd obviously reviewed it before. But Ryan Duncan posted about how most EXISTING community members will spend most of their Skool time on a laptop or desktop etc. But most NEW TRAFFIC to your About Page will be following a link from Insta, YouTube etc and they'll be mainly on Mobile. When I looked at the Onliners About page on the mobile app none of the testimonials were readable without zooming in. So I deleted them. All. I might create new ones at some stage. But the point is, removing things that don't help people is not only far easier than creating new things, it actually improves your page more! Keep them focused on what will help them most. And you will - help them most!! Have you checked out YOUR community on the mobile app lately? If there are things that aren't immediately readable without zooming in, you're probably missing out on new member conversions.

My new Skool community about page is horrible at this point and I have to probably do a short 30-second intro to my history community. Right now, I have a couple comments from my channel as the image on it. But it’s new, just 6 days in.
Turning Ideas Into Impact! Shannon Boyer - Guest Presenter
I'm very excited to announce that Shannon Boyer is going to come and help us turn ideas into impact! Most courses in most classrooms are not wildly successful best sellers for a reason - and Shannon knows how to fix that. So if you want results without overwhelm and have courses you know can help more people but you're not sure why they're not selling - this is for you! Check out the calendar to get the time right for your timezone and make sure you come so you can ask your questions live.

@Shaz Jones thanks, I think I forgot to put it in a category. Mine is history and I will. Thanks Sharon

Merry Christmas
I’m getting in early to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and thank you for being a part of Onliners in 2025. Christmas is going to be a bit different for me this year because it’s going to be 41C, my mum is still in hospital and I’ve got the ‘flu - but we’ll make the most of it. And remember that we’re celebrating the birth of Jesus and the good-difference that He still makes in the world - 2,000 years later. As the song says “let there be peace on earth. And let it begin with me”… and all of you! xx

Less Content - More Connection?
Hi beautiful Onliners! I've got some upcoming family commitments that are going to take me away from home and leave me with less time for Skool over the upcoming weeks. But I will be checking in as often as I can. And back on deck full-time after 8th January 2026. I saw Sam and Kirby discussing in this week's Skool news that they decreased their posting to once a week and their community actually grew (because people felt like they could keep up with the slower pace of content). So it'll be interesting to see what happens. I know you'll be good to each other. Feel free to post, like and comment at your own pace over the coming weeks. And please support any new people who haven't made their first dollar online yet. The best place to point them to is the first course in the classroom #Make Your First Skool Dollar $. Try not to miss me toooo much - and don't buy me anything tooo expensive for Christmas, okay? ;-)

Have fun, I am taking at least this weekend off from creating. The answer of course is no, it’s not more connection but that’s not the point. Real life, with family or just mental health for me is more important.
