Way behind on check-ins. Work has been incredibly busy. We’re gearing up for our March madness sale. The sales department is oven 7 days a week to sell cars. Last year we sold 176 in the month. I have been busy repairing vehicles for sale. I won a $3000 business mentorship scholarship from a couple of amazing business coaches based in Kelowna. Been spending a lot of time getting back into the business mindset of my online coaching. Yesterday was not a fun day. The little dude got his fingers caught in the hinge side of the bedroom door as she closed it. He was in the er for 11 hours. They had to remove the nails on two fingers and glue them back down to the nail bed and there are multiple fractures in the two fingers. He’s is in a splint for the next two weeks until the next doctors appointment. He may permanently loose the nails on both fingers, time will tell.

Health morning workout, open mat and comp class sparring Value coached my fitness class, hosted open mat and co coaching comp class. Next Saturday is team comp day. Worked on online coaching client check ins and content creation

All value day. Watched the kids at their kidstrong classes today. Youngest daughter got an 18” box jumps for the first time today. Signed on a new coaching client this morning. Completed programming of both workouts I’m in person doing tomorrow.

Finished off a busy work week and pay period. Turned out i produced the most hours or work repaired of all the technicians in the shop for February! The kids had a school book fair and yesterday we started when everyone is ready for bed we all spend 20 minutes reading a book. I sat in the girls room and read my book and my wife sat with the boys while they read.
