🚨 [BUG FIX] Youtube to TikTok Script/Twitter Quotes - v1.1
@Mike Hicks pointed out a little bug with some specific Youtube Url, I fixed it and uploaded the new version of the automation template in the classroom. https://www.skool.com/affordfreetime/classroom/7c5168ce?md=23bdd97f6abb4eccb6ecc099c884bf27 Make sure to update the old version if you were using it! Let me know if you have any questions! @Jenna Ostrye @Bill Whaley !

Workflow Wednesday: Imagine Your Tasks as a Well-Organized Kitchen! 🍽️📝
Let’s talk about keeping your tasks as tidy as a well-organized kitchen. Just like chefs use different sections in a kitchen to prepare, cook, and plate food, we can use task management tools to organize, prioritize, and complete our daily tasks. Let's explore some popular tools that help keep our workspaces clutter-free and efficient. 🛠 Popular Task Management Tools: - Notion: Think of Notion like your kitchen planner—it’s a place where you can jot down recipes (tasks), plan your weekly menu (projects), and store your best cookbooks (files). It’s customizable, making it perfect for any culinary style, from home cooking to gourmet meals. - Asana: Asana is like having a sous-chef that keeps everyone on task. It’s great for teams that need to coordinate multiple dishes at once, ensuring that nothing gets burned and everything is served on time. - Trello: If you prefer a visual layout, Trello is like a whiteboard where you stick notes for each part of your meal prep. It’s perfect for those who like to see their entire meal plan at a glance, moving tasks around as ingredients are prepped and dishes are completed. - ClickUp: My personal favorite, ClickUp, is like having an entire kitchen’s worth of tools in one super-efficient appliance. It helps you track your cooking times (deadlines), plan your grocery lists (tasks), and even remember your frequent recipes (templates). 🎯 Benefits of Using Task Management Tools: - Stay Organized: Just like a well-organized kitchen leads to a smoother cooking experience, these tools help keep your work tasks in order. - - Save Time: Spend less time figuring out what to do next and more time actually doing it. - - Reduce Stress: When everything is in its place, both in the kitchen and on your task list, you’re less likely to feel overwhelmed. 🗨️ Let’s Chat: What's your method for keeping tasks organized? Have you tried using any of these tools, or do you have another method like a good old-fashioned notepad? What’s your secret ingredient to staying organized?

Today's Member Call Was 🤯
Today I learned more about how to really make my life easier with the automations being stored all in one place. @Kevin Suarez Sabugo was able to give me so much information on how it'll be rolled out and I really appreciated being able to fully understand what I was looking at and how I can make it boost my content creation. He also had a wealth of knowledge on other tools to help serve me. In my opinion, all business owners should have a Kevin whether they have a team or are doing it solo.

@Kevin Suarez Sabugo Nice
New Automation tool
Kind of I just recorded a Loom video and it now writes a Document, Issue and Message for you after you record you video. I use the Document to post in my Community along with the video. Saving time on having to think about what to write in the post. Now just record a video and you also get a post. WOW love it.

Just Join Automation Lab
I need to be more conceited about putting up my post. I do a Podcast that I get a lot of short-form just need to be able to get it out to all the platforms quicker. I Post in my Skool community but would love to automate this so posts go out at the same time every day.
