In your lovely podcast #79, Email Marketing for Dummies, Jon briefly mentions "not Mailchimp". I wondered what issues the EBG team experienced with it?

I also tried Mail Chimp and didn’t like it, can’t remember why exactly but I seem to remember their forms didn’t look very nice and it seemed a bit 'clunky'.

For the Plus plan I pay around £55 a month I think it's $70 or thereabouts. The automation features are great!
