Read this first. It's short, and it's about you.
You can make any business on earth impossible to ignore — except your own. And you've never let yourself say that out loud. You've said versions of it. "We're so busy with client work." "The cobbler's kids have no shoes." "We just haven't gotten around to our own marketing." Every agency owner has a polite cover story for it, and every one of them knows, at about 2am, that the cover story doesn't hold. You sell visibility for a living. Your own business doesn't have it. Here's the part that should take the weight off: this was never a character flaw, and it was never a skills gap. You can't read the label from inside the jar. The thing that makes you excellent at diagnosing other businesses — being outside them — is exactly what you don't have for your own. We call this Commodity Blindness. It has a structure, it has a diagnosis, and it has a fix. That's what this school exists to teach. How this room works 1. Introduce yourself below. Who you are, what you've built, and the honest version of where your own marketing sits. You'll find the comments unusually candid — that's on purpose, and it's protected. 2. Open Module 1 — The Problem. Twenty minutes. It names the blind spot precisely. Most members say it's the first time they've seen their situation described without being sold something in the same breath. 3. Then Module 2 — The System (the frames we use to fix it) and Module 3 — The Proof — a first-party audit of 100 independent agencies across 10 metros. I'll spoil one finding: 100 out of 100 had zero knowledge-graph entity. Not most. All of them. Including the market leaders. The full study is inside. 4. Show up during the week. Monday I teach. Tuesday we name what's actually in your way. Wednesday a member's story. Thursday a resource. Friday is community. Once a month we run the self-audit together and post scores — that one's become the ritual. What happens if you want more At some point the material will make you want to know where your business actually stands. When that happens, there's a short 15-minute call where we look at it together — no pitch theater, just the diagnosis. You'll see it mentioned around the group.
