Skills in Claude and GPT
Has anyone been using skills to automate or do repetitive tasks? I have built a couple one that I built is for doing research on a topic I built 8 personas to get 8 different perspectives on a topic and then there is a Chairman that comes up with recommendations. Here is a link to a report that it generated about best practices for knowledge base for AI Agents. Let me know if the link doesnt work. And if anyone wants the skill for themselves just let me know. https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/7405e240-b323-4b78-ab0f-5f2a8d2aedd1

100% I use skills for any repetitive task. I just feed claude my SOPs and tell it to create a skill for that process. You can also find a bunch of useful skills on Github
Upselling
For the upsells, does the price add on top of what the client already paid, or do you rebuild the total price from scratch including the upsell?

It depends. You can structure your pricing however you'd like. But it usually makes sense to bundle services together to bring the total cost down and incentivize the client to add on multiple services. So you could bundle together review generation + Local SEO services, for example, since those go together well.
PPC for High Level clients
Hey Everyone! Does anyone have any clients who are asking you about Google Ads? If so, how do you usually handle this? Do you just turn them down or refer them somewhere else?
