Shout Out to Member Mike Bennion-Rowe
Hey Syndicate Fam, I wanted to take a minute and give a big shout out to our member @Mike Bennion-Rowe If you have not had the pleasure of talking with Mike in one of our Live Chats or through DM's you need to change that. Mike is one the masterminds behind TornBox, a video production, television and podcasting studio in the UK. He also just saved me A LOT of money. I reached out to Mike to see about his company editing my podcasts, because I wanted to up my quality a bit and love giving referrals inside our community. Mike looked over a couple of my episodes and gave me some VERY good advice on how to keep my production here, save on the outside editing team and to move the podcast up to the next level. Now THAT'S customer service and being there for your clients, new and old. Give them what they need and not always what they ask for and they will be loyal for life. Thanks Mike for the great advice and I appreciate having you as part of our Success Syndicate. If your entrepreneurship or creative content includes video, I recommend talking to Mike and TornBox for some advice and future work!!

Thanks Scott. My pleasure :)
TornBox....
So people have asked me "why TornBox as a name for a production company Mike?" Well there are two reasons. A torn box may not be useful as a box anymore, but with support from some tape, it could hold things again, if you give it to a child, it can be a spaceship or a house, if you give it to a crafter it could become part of a project, an artist may use it to create something beautiful. It's about not letting something that you perceive at first glance as damaged be devalued. That's the main reason it's called TornBox, it's about giving voices a platform to show their value. And the second reason? Well I will leave that to your imagination.

Where abouts is everyone from? Got a feeling I’m the only UK member but thought I’d ask

Yeh I'm here in "sunny" (not currently raining) Manchester
Mad few days
It’s been a mad few days for me with the day job and a few projects coming to the point of being live for TornBox. Only released a few moments ago that my notifications were set to off too so I wasn’t getting my “come on Mike there’s things happening here”. One of my colleagues in the day job was having a stressful time and used the word overwhelmed. So I’m going to share with everyone my trick. It’s a kind reset moment. “People say they are overwhelmed and underwhelmed, why is no one ever whelmed” It’s a good way of giving your mind something else to focus on for a moment even if (like me) you know the answer. Anyone else have a trick like that to help with those moments?
