Pastor, I understand where you are coming from. But may I make an observation. Your questions, great though they are, don’t match what non coaching humans want. Freedom, wrapped up in 2 words, time & money. Fix those two, and you remove stress and worry, leaving people free explore the higher possibilities in their lives. People are not time poor, they are time bankrupt. Emotionally overdrawn. Permanently frustrated. Unable to give in to the belief change is possible. Change that belief. Give themselves the permission to give themselves the permission to. Now we’re talking.
Market Research: AI or....?
I'm deep into the market research aspect of building a new brand and product roadmap + the whole GW process. Where we all used to use the 10-Minute Market Recon tools (i.e. FB, YT, Google, semrush, Soovle, Ubersuggest, etc.) ... ... is everyone simply using AI?? Or are you still using the original tools too? I'm getting so much done with AI research but wondering if I'm missing something by not using the other suite of tools that have been historically useful. Tell me your favorite tools and what process is working best for you these days. 👌

A.I. is a game changer. Why, almost instant research. In 1986, we had paper based research tools, press cuttings, and no internet. It took us days to find stuff out, that A.I. now delivers in minutes. Almost as if we have sold our soul to the devil. Wow😈
I have 100% success rate. Lemme explain.
Had a sales call today, and the woman asked me: “What’s your success rate?” Now, I get it — that question is baked into the coaching space. We’re conditioned to look for testimonials, stats, proof. And yes — I have students who’ve had powerful breakthroughs and real results from my programs. But here’s the truth: I don’t 100% claim their success as my doing. I honor that they stood in commitment to their identity. That’s what truly created the result. Because the work I do? It’s not just strategy. It’s identity work. Nervous system work. Emotional labor. Internal rewiring. And let’s be honest — that’s the real work of entrepreneurship. You can’t outsource that. You can’t “guarantee” that. And as a mentor, I had to learn this the hard way. My nervous system became jacked because I watched women pay $3,000 to work with me… and never log into the course. Never book the calls. Never do the work. And I blamed myself for years for this. But not anymore So let’s be clear: Their results are not fully my responsibility. My success rate? 100%. Because I show up. I deliver. And I embody what I teach — every. single. time. 📌 If you’re a mentor, coach, or guide reading this: Stop confusing your value with someone else’s follow-through. You can hand someone the keys… but they still have to drive the car.

Getting started is tricky, one way to answer that question is to share the collective experiences in this group. As in, my friend John…..which is a technique Milton Erickson used when talking about hypnosis. Ultimately I suspect the question really means will it work for me? None of us can answer that. All we can do is offer the perspective, as long as you do the work.
What I Learned from Being in GrowthWorks
Someone asked if I use the AI software that comes with the program, and I want to answer publicly: The software won’t help if you don’t apply the principles. Here’s what I’ve learned from Aaron and GrowthWorks that changed everything for me (and this is the short list honestly lol) : 1️⃣ Have a clear step-by-step process. It keeps both you and your audience’s nervous system calm. 2️⃣ Make each step congruent and connected. Meaning, If they skip this, they can’t get that. Clarity sells. 3️⃣ Define the tangible shift. “Feeling better” isn’t enough—what are they doing differently now? 4️⃣ Always add “so that you can…” It turns vague goals into clear outcomes. 5️⃣ Treat sales calls like interviews. You’re not chasing a sale—you’re selecting someone who’s already primed for results. As a full-time metaphysician mentoring mystical entrepreneurs, I’ve realized we need this structure the most. We need structure; measurements, & tangible results more than any other niche in my opinion. Your clients feel better, great. But feel better to do what? Because transformation has evidence of change. So That’s what I learned from GrowthWorks: clarity of sequence & clarity of results. The software won’t help you much if you’re not clear on this. No software will.

@Sarah Barton I created the one offer formula, 1 problem, one solution, one client. I’ve been away from growthworks for 21/2 years, guess it was a psychological memory.
To give CONTEXT or not to give context? That is the question!
Hey @Aaron Fletcher : I LOVE your method on giving context! Totally resonates! Just one thing: Giving context needs TIME. And I have the feeling when selling to an advanced target group or more successful customers, they prefer shorter content and short implementation videos over context. What is yout take on that? I am creating my modules right now and I dont know how to handle this. Thanks!

@Melanie Daub Pink Phoenix if I may offer a thought, you are asking a super nerd, Aaron, and I suspect he will reply with data. Not assumptions, tested data. Ask 20 of your target market what they need. As an example. “May I ask a favour, I’m thinking of xyz to help people like yourself achieve zxy, what would I need to include for this to be the most helpful to you?” All our assumptions often fall apart when confronted with the way clients think, normally because we are too close to our solution, ask your targets to review your session plans, they will tell you what’s missing.
