Hey everyone — running into a frustrating blocker and looking for advice from anyone who's been through this. I have a fully built AI outbound calling system using Vapi + N8N. The system was working perfectly on a client's Twilio account (450+ calls completed) but that account got banned. Now I'm trying to get a new number set up and hitting walls everywhere. Here's where I'm at: 🔴 Twilio (new account) — Pay-as-you-go, number purchased, imported into Vapi. Getting "Account not allowed to call [number]" error. Submitted Business Profile but they're saying 3-5 days for approval. 🔴 Telnyx — Signed up, paid, completed KYC/identity verification. Account is on Paid level but need Verified level to buy US numbers. Waiting on identity approval with no ETA. 🔴 Vonage — Supports Vapi natively but too expensive for my use case. 🔴 Vapi free number — Only 10 outbound calls/day. Not viable for a campaign. Questions: 1. Has anyone found a telephony provider that works with Vapi and doesn't have these new account restrictions? 2. Is there any way to speed up Twilio Business Profile approval? 3. Has anyone used anything other than Twilio, Telnyx, or Vonage with Vapi successfully? 4. Any tricks to get a Telnyx account verified faster? I need to get this live ASAP — any help appreciated 🙏

I helped my family raise crops, animals, and revenue, and eventually managed our seasonal fruit and vegetable market for 17 years. That stand was more than just a business, it was where I learned the power of community, hustle, and making a dollar stretch. 🧑‍🌾🚜💲🐄🤠🍅 At 16, I started my first side hustle selling used produce containers. 💼 By 1995, I transitioned into financial services and ran a full-time insurance and financial planning agency for eight years. 💲 The family business had been tough on me, and even though I was building a new business with the Insurance agency and financial planning, my credit cards were maxed out, and I was struggling to keep up with payments. I've put in a lot of work, watched a lot of YouTube videos starring @Nate Herk , and I'm happy to announce i landed my first paying client. I'm building a simple expense and sales tracking automation that catches receipts, invoices and sales, logs all the info on Google sheets, and invites paying customers to leave a Google review 4-6 hours post purchase.
