Do you have a Tiktok rep? Go to them directly and share screenshots, hijacker details. We had this happen and reported it to our Tiktok Manager directly. We also then were advised to register our shop and brand trademarks through the Tiktok Intellectual Property Portal- which I otherwise would have never known about...I don't feel like this is advertised or really known by brand sellers so good intel to share with everyone...https://ippc.tiktokglobalshop.com/ By registering and submitting your docs here, you supposedly are protected from and/or can report infringements. However, I signed up over a month ago now and am still pending approval so not sure how impactful it is. In theory it probably covers some sort of regulatory check box but not sure how enforced it is, just as a result of our personal experience with hijackers. We have successfully had 1 hijacker removed but now have 3 or 4 to deal with that popped up out of nowhere. Interested to hear from anyone else who is dealing with this as it seems to be more and more common unfortunately. Also, be cautious reporting the sellers directly within the app when logged in to your official brand account. I have HEARD -from a very reputable source and group member here- that someone reported a hijacker that way but then had their account hacked after the hijacker traced back who reported them. Sorry for the long answer! @Brian this would be a great topic to discuss since hijackers are becoming more common.
