It was our lowest year yet for new members (for the Black Friday promo specifically). Luckily I had the recurring revenue from the past years coming in. I think this is mainly because I haven't grown my email list much at all this year so I'm just selling to an already exhausted list. But a bit of a bummer but I know what I need to do.

AI Carousels.com question
Hey Leland, I was thinking about trying this out to help me make carousels from my weekly podcast episodes. Do you think if I input the transcript of the episode it could make me a decent carousel from the content? Is that something it does or do I have to come up with all of the text myself?

Done For You Carousels?
One of the biggest pain points we've had rolling out the IG strategy for SarahBethYoga is getting carousels created. I'm not great at canva - and my design skills are lacking. But we've been working with our designer to create carousels that are crushing it. Wondering if anyone would be interested in 28 DONE FOR YOU carousels each month to grow your IG?

This is definitely a pain point for me, too, which is why I've been primarily posting reels. I just don't have time to spend in Canva (and I just don't like spending my time that way to be honest) and my VA doesn't have the best eye for design. I need to just find a couple of templates I do like and have her insert my content in.
