Letโs talk about your nervous system patterns for a second. Fight, flight, freeze, and fawn are all ways your body responds to stress or pressure. These responses shape how you move through your day, your decisions, your relationships, and even how you show up in your goals. ~ Fight can look like tension, frustration, or needing control. ~ Flight can look like overthinking, staying busy, or avoiding stillness. ~ Freeze can feel like being stuck, low energy, or unsure where to start. ~ Fawn can show up as people-pleasing or putting yourself second to keep the peace. Most people move between these depending on the situation. Awareness is where everything starts. When you can recognize your pattern, you create space for something different.
