You will also have access to a 3โ€ข6โ€ข9 journal and workbook that you can: โ€ข use electronically โ€ข print out โ€ข or follow along with using your own journal โœ… How to Stay Accountable โ€ข Mark each day as complete inside the 30-Day Manifestation Challenge module under the Classroom tab after you complete it โ€ข Comment โ€œCompleted Day 1, etc.โ€ on this accountability post daily (this post will remain pinned to the top of the feed. Happy Saturday ๐Ÿ’— I started my day with a really lovely Ayurvedic yoga class this morning, and it already shifted my energy in the best way. Later today, I will be facilitating a breathwork event, and then giving myself space to relax and recharge for the rest of the weekend. ๐Ÿ˜€ Weekends can hold so many different rhythms. Some are full and social, some are slower and restorative, and sometimes it is a mix of both. I would love to hear from you, what are you up to this weekend? I slept in until 9! I am usually up and moving by 7 at the latest on the weekends. During the week I get up at 4:30. So sleeping til 9 was my way of listening to my body. We went and ran some errands and now I am home and going to start seeds for my garden. The seeds will be inside but I am doing the work outside. We will see what tomorrow brings! ๐ŸŒ• April Full Pink Moon in Libra ๐ŸŒ• The moon does not actually turn pink. The name comes from spring flowers. ๐Ÿ’ The next full moon arrives April 1st, and the energy here is different than the push-forward momentum of the past few weeks. You can work with this energy a few days leading up to the full moon and a few days after. ๐ŸŒ• This one brings you into pause, reflection, and recalibration. โš–๏ธ Libra energy naturally shifts your awareness toward: โ€ข relationships โ€ข energy exchange โ€ข balance between giving and receiving You may start to notice where things feel off, even subtly. Where you are overextending. Where you are holding more than you need to. Where support is available, but not fully received. This moon tends to bring quiet clarity around patterns that have been running in the background. To make them visible. There can also be a deeper pull toward peace right now. Wanting things to feel calmer, more grounded, more aligned. That is part of the energy too. Letโ€™s talk about your nervous system patterns for a second. Fight, flight, freeze, and fawn are all ways your body responds to stress or pressure. These responses shape how you move through your day, your decisions, your relationships, and even how you show up in your goals. ~ Fight can look like tension, frustration, or needing control. ~ Flight can look like overthinking, staying busy, or avoiding stillness. ~ Freeze can feel like being stuck, low energy, or unsure where to start. ~ Fawn can show up as people-pleasing or putting yourself second to keep the peace. Most people move between these depending on the situation. Awareness is where everything starts. When you can recognize your pattern, you create space for something different. So I want to hear from you: Which response do you notice the most in your day to day right now? Fight, Flight, Freeze, or Fawn? Comment below with your response. Through out my life I have dealt with all of them on different levels and occasions. I still do from time to time but as I continue down this path of holistic healing it gets better. I tend to recognize these responses before I am in a downward spiral. Things as small as eating a snack on the way home from the store I would hide because I was afraid of what my fiancรฉ would say due to past trauma. I shared that story with him recently and started crying.
