What an amazing year we have ahead of us!
I opened up my community about a month ago. It is slowly evolving (thanks to goosify), and I hold it close to my heart so it can grow into a toddler by summer :) Instead of telling you what it is about, I want to share the summary of the advice my Daoist teacher blessed us with over an online talk we have just finished. She offered us direction for the Yang Fire Horse year of 2026. To summarise, this is the year for: - Honesty & Authenticity - Purification - Clear direction - Humility and Moderation Perfectly aligned with our anti-blitz month. They are all equally important qualities to explore and expand on so they can infiltrate our daily lives. It was a really in-depth talk, and more of a beautiful discussion between people. One hour turned into two hours.:D I am writing up an article based on this talk over the week. If you are interested, drop me a message or join my free community. What are the 3 things that improved your productivity the most?
Being able to focus and actually do the work has been essential for making progress in my business. A few years ago, I was constantly distracted, tired, and barely productive. But now that's changed and I can actually be productive and focus. Itโ€™s still not perfect but itโ€™s improving. - Cutting social media. - Eating a clean diet. - Sleeping 8 hours every night. Those three alone have helped me a ton. What are the 3 things that improved your productivity the most?

Valentineโ€™s Day. aka single awareness dayyyyy Regardless what day it is for you- if ur here, ur on my mind. So fine. Iโ€™ll be ur chaotic antarctic valentine. Drake Passage right now. 7m swells. No sleep. Boat getting tossed around like a rag doll. And it gets worse tomorrow apparently Before we hit South America again on Monday! Antarctica stretched me. Rough crossings tend to do that. Reminded me that usually the most loving thing you can do- (for yourself and for others) is not pull. not push. Just trust people to choose whatโ€™s right for them. And here, balancing business, fitness, and relationships- thatโ€™s how we practice that. Hereโ€™s my little affirmation for that stuff: Iโ€™m not here to steer anyone, Iโ€™m Just crossing my own ocean Also in other news I havenโ€™t even shared Any of the wild Antarctica stuff yetโ€ฆ That part was my fault, And I hope Iโ€™ve learned my lesson ยฏ\_(ใƒ„)_/ยฏ

@Christine Knight IFS that makes complete sense. My community is focused on building confidence through playful interactions and applying mindfulness tools for taking initiative and keeping the momentum. It's very fresh, about 3 weeks, so I think it will take a bit longer to figure out what people make of it, and how it unfolds:) It's called The Luminous Trail.โ˜บ๏ธ
