I'm curious where everyone is based in the world? I'm in Israel and was wondering if there are others from previous cohorts who are also here? I'd also love to know how people are bringing this work into their practices? Individual sessions, group sessions, online, face to face? I found myself getting overwhelmed at the possibilities and we aren't even there yet 😂
@Antoinette Nicholls it is a good adjunct to the BM cert...if you need any help with anything reach out and if your down for getting a breath work session share in for a cert im down for that no pressure though if you don't
Breathwork Revolution Family! ✊ The time has come! My team and I have been working effortlessly behind the scenes for the last two years to create the perfect delivery vehicle for bringing the power of not just breathwork, but 9D Breathwork to the world stage 🌎 Our goal is crystal clear: to touch the lives of 24 million individuals every week with this therapeutic wisdom by April 2024. This goal is not merely an ambition, it is an assurance from us to you. Yet, a mission of this caliber is going to require a communal effort. That's where our extraordinary community steps in, the community that I envisioned as a beacon of shared transformation. Look at what we've done here already 🔥 If you’re here to simply reap all the benefits that breathwork can offer alongside connecting to like minded/hearted souls also on the same mission, then you keep doing that either way. But for those of you who experienced, that “holy fu*” moment the second you came out of your first 9D session with a desire to scream it from the mountain tops how infinitely powerful this sh* is, then we’d like to invite you to a special 9D launch session this Friday… 🚀 I’m going to be guiding my latest 9D experience; a 75-minute abundance activation journey, freshly off the production shelf, to align you all to the frequency of abundance, which means shedding all those outdated subconscious money blocks, and limiting beliefs 💰 This journey is an absolute game changer. Don’t take my word for it, just check out some of the feedback we’ve already received inside the 9D community below. The shifts people experience in just one journey are truly jaw-dropping. If you feel called to awaken your highest potential and step into your destiny as a leader in the breathwork revolution, now is the time. Comment "9D" below and I’ll send you the zoom link for the live group zoom call this Friday ✊ We’re not calling it the 9D Breathwork Revolution for no reason. We’ve never been more lit up and inspired to get this work out to the world than we are now. And we’re gonna need a small army of revolutionaries who are as passionate about the potential impact of this work as we are.
Hey guys! This is more of a post for you functioning coaches. I have some concerns. 1. How do you deliver the message in a room with music (speaker and mic)? 2. What tools do you use to do that online that allow you to consistently share the music (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc)? Loving this!
Firstly, thanks to @Erin Forbes for sharing her use of snowball mic and Aura Studio speakers (on my wish list) in what tools our revolutionists are using. Also, huge score with @Dani Trewhela sharing her Spotify list of 9D playlist, this got me thinking, what else is our collective using in the way of tech, apps, programs and gadgetry to aid, support or enhance both their own personal use and or in their client-based practise. This can be primarily for breathwork or anything that can be used as an adjunct to enhance the experience pre/post session. Personally, I make use of certain apps for aiding the mediative experience post breathwork (I find this the most powerful time to program and affirm my day), binaural beats and a frequency generator. Also, I have formulated, copied and saved a list of positive affirmations and empowering questions (happy to share) to weave into upcoming journey scripts. I am curious as to how one goes about mixing and overlaying when it comes to the production of the "Journey". Also are there apps to aid in breath timing? This platform is amazing in the way the support, information and love is shared without hesitation or expectation. Blessed to have found this space I find myself in now ........ a massive thanks to all that has supported and helped thus far and moving forward.
@Dani Trewhela great info many thanks, lots to explore on the technical aspects as well. Will add to my things to learn list, it seems to be ever growing lately....
Hi Guys, this is the last installment of information gleaned from a recent class taken. This is bringing everything learned into practical application. I have two big take aways 1. Slow breathing is the Jam!!! The health benefits both mental and physical are amazing and we would all have better health outcomes from adopting this into our daily practice. The yogi's were right! 2. Proceed with caution and use modifications for your clients with Diabetes. We have seen that vigorous superventilation can be tricky for diabetics. Rapid drops in blood sugar can put people into hypo-glycemia if their blood sugar is not very well regulated. The sympathetic nervous system jolt, may add oxidative stress if the superventilation is too extended. Their ability to use their own nitric oxide to dilate blood vessels is impaired so nasal breathing is good but not nearly as helpful for those without. So how to modify journeys for diabetics. Limit the amount of time spent in superventilation. Perhaps doing a song or two of open mouth breathing followed by a song or two of nasal breathing and then back again would be a place to start. Encourage people to self regulate by slowing down their breath and breathing nasally intermittently during a journey and use more frequent 30-45 second breath holds. I would suggest no long breath holds over a minute as well. Let them know that they will still have a transformative experience but that this will be safer and it will respect the very unique way the body of someone with diabetes functions. Stay tuned for the Breath and Brain Health.............coming soon
A great read with some excellent points validating Brian's emphasis on cardiovascular health and impact. Some good research numbers quoted and although breath work is not directly mentioned it is easily transferable as a major benefit to counter all negative aspects. https://foodrevolution.org/blog/the-emotional-heart/?utm_source=sfmc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=blo-2023&utm_content=heart&j=222125&sfmc_sub=17665305&l=137_HTML&u=3164580&mid=514008241&jb=541

Awesome...just received an unexpected present of his book...once I've finished all my certifications I shall enjoy, but I have been listening to podcasts when doing domestic stuff...happy for any recommendations besides this one.
Is there a recommended technique for doing as our weary head hits the pillow? I would like to give up the melatonin supplement along with Valerian pills that I pop just to get to the land of nod, and importantly remain asleep for more than a few hours.
Omg I am so pumped emotional just put my playlist together for 1st journey. Whoop whoop! Can we add lib are words or just make bullets and go from there? And what if we start crying while delivering the journey?

Just curious - really being vulnerable here as I do not feel or look my age. Just wondering how many breath warriors are chronologically past the age of 50 and doing this amazing work? I am 63. The picture on my profile is from last year. I follow Dr. David Sinclair's (longevity dr) - WE SHOULD be celebrating our internal, metabolic age. On my radar to find out my metabolic age!
