What course you wanna have next?
I have in mind some skills, like Handstand, elbow lever, muscle up or something else. But maybe also something to workouts and stuff. What do you want to see?

What was your first step, to get into sports?
As I was 4 Years old, I already found my passion in football. I still play it but got also obsessed with martial arts and Calisthenics as you may see. So now I“m doing three types of sport and there are still people that think, that they don't have enough time to do some sports, and even I have to work and visit school next to it. What about you?

That is great, especially when you want to learn your first skills.
Why being disciplined is more important than waiting for motivation.
Ive had bad times in my life, where I always waited for motivation, before I even got up to get shit done. That had to change. And that is the first step to becoming disciplined. Becoming disciplined is becoming the person you are. What keeps you doing the stuff you need to do?
