Resources I promised to share after our call today :)
Thank you Jon for stepping in to host and share some great journaling prompts. As promised, here is a link to the "tapping" that I share with clients that can help with processing and releasing any trapped emotion, facilitate physical healing and more. The style I share in the video does not require a "script" or "saying the right words" as it is not a conscious mind healing. There is a "set up phrase" when we call attention to the issue and the rest of the time you can focus on the sensation in your body and the emotion/issue. Also, I do the version that has eye movement, counting and humming which accesses different parts of the brain for re-wiring and releasing stress and trauma from the body. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1El0aTwDUDnMZQJjPvEjTWYjY2uVdFONw/view?usp=sharing Here is a video I shared with my husband when I was encouraging him to try tapping to help his body and brain heal more effectively after the shock and fractures from a mountain biking accident: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tchTNVWCxwE I have shared this article before and it shows the outline for how I empower clients to heal themselves of trauma. Complex PTSD or ancestral trauma has some more steps, but often just looking at the trauma outline and tapping on anything that still feels present can be tremendously healing. https://irp.cdn-website.com/da758651/files/uploaded/paper_1_Understand_the_neurobiology_of_trauma_to_help_clients_heal_permanently.pdf I have about 70 other tools besides tapping, but this one technique is quite powerful and effective for most issues for most people. Let me know what you think! Here are resources for more information and research on tapping specifically - also known as Emotional Freedom technique or EFT:
Need a Lead
Hi all, I got an expense paid trip given to me to race a BMW at BMWs performance track. It’s an 11-5pm gig. Can someone lead tomorrow?

Time for a shake up
Are you all open to going back to book learning? While I love Ben’s stuff, it gets stale. Or maybe it’s just me. If it’s a “YES,” I’d like to suggest a book that I’ve enjoyed: Beyond Belief: The Science-Backed Way to Stop Limiting Yourself and Achieve Breakthrough Results (released March 10, 2026) by Nir Eyal, with Julie Li, explores how hidden, self-limiting beliefs dictate our actions and offers science-backed methods to replace them. It introduces the "Three Powers of Belief"—Attention, Anticipation, and Agency—to help readers reshape their mental models for improved health, relationships, and career success. If “Yes,” but a different book, provide your suggestion in the comments.

This book sounds great and totally along the lines of what I love learning and teaching- it is nice to shake things up and mix other authors and ideas that are aligned with Ben’s work and can help us move forward
Check-in
Hi friends, I hope all is well. I'm not going to be able to make the call today, and I couldn't make last week's either (it's evening time for me, so it's hit-or-miss). But I just wanted to share some small wins: things are on track for me after moving house and relocating to another country. I've found an excellent office workspace that I've signed up for for 6 months. And I've found a great gym, which I'm about to sign up for for one year. Just focusing on getting the right systems and environments in place so everything's good to go over this quarter. Still emotionally rough going, but taking the lead in getting things in place and going all-in on building a better future. I'm also going to end this week with one action (leveraging AI) that makes the previous week's system obsolete, at least in principle. I guess that's an ideal way to end each week: take an action and achieve a result your previous self hadn't done before or wouldn't have had in their system and workflow. Sitting with some resistance, so it's helpful to write here. Does anyone else have anything similar?

Kavan, congratulations on your move- what country are you in now? How great that you have set up environments and commitments with the office space and the gym to keep going with your goals. Congrats on the specific goal to take a new action/get a specific result that your old self wouldn’t have gone for- let us know how it goes with AI and systems My goal in the next 2 days- list courses and programs I have access to and prioritize and time block for progress (I purchase a lot of courses for continuing education credits as a therapist and then others for business, etc, etc. I can get addicted to “collecting them” since I love learning but need to be realistic and invest time more strategically Oh actually- that will be a goal for the weekend. I actually need to finish my billing for new therapy clients- my newish platform has a learning curve and I tend to procrastinate so that will be complete by Friday’s call since I had a client cancellation Thursday evening and will use that time. :)
Gonna have some breakthroughs tmrw it will be great
Bring your journals and start reflecting on your big desires. And we will journal on a few things. Reflect on q1 and what happened. Reframe that and think about how you are different now then you were then We will also review embodying future identity Can’t wait to see you.
