Networking, Connecting & Sharing AI Unlocked
Sometimes networking isn’t about walking into a room trying to sell something. It’s about having real conversations, meeting new people, listening, sharing what you’re learning, and planting seeds. Tonight I was out at the Moose Lodge doing exactly that. I had a chance to talk with Bonny, a friend of mine who is a nurse, and I also ended up having a conversation with one of the band members, Jim. In the middle of just talking and getting to know each other, I found out that he’s also a web designer. That’s what I love about being out and connecting with people. You never know who you’re going to meet, what they do, what they’re working on, or where one conversation might lead. Both conversations gave me a natural opportunity to share what I’ve been learning and experiencing with AI UNLOCKED Academy. And that’s really what these two images represent. One is about connection. Getting out, meeting people, learning about them, hearing what they do, and sharing something I genuinely believe could help them. The other one makes me laugh because it’s literally how I look at what I’m doing right now: I’m planting seeds. Not everybody is going to join today. Not everybody is ready today. And that’s okay. You plant the seed. You share the possibilities. You stay connected. You follow up. And sometimes that one simple conversation turns into something much bigger later. That’s business. That’s relationships. And honestly, that’s how I believe things should be done. People first. Relationships first. Opportunities grow from there. Tonight I planted a few more seeds for AI UNLOCKED. Now we’ll see what grows.

🔥 SATURDAY AI CHALLENGE: YOUR LIFE IN 6 IMAGES!
What if AI could show you the pattern you’ve been repeating in life… and then turn that realization into a beautiful visual story? This one got PERSONAL for me! ❤️ Today we’re combining AI self-reflection + image generation to create something pretty incredible. STEP 1: DISCOVER YOUR PATTERN 🧠 Open ChatGPT and paste this prompt: “What pattern do I keep repeating that’s obvious from outside and invisible to me? Quote my own words back as evidence, then tell me what it’s costing me.” Read your answer. You might be surprised! STEP 2: UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS 📸 Upload 3–5 clear photos of yourself. Include your spouse, partner, family, or anyone important to your journey if you’d like them included. STEP 3: CREATE YOUR VISUAL STORY 🎨 Copy and paste this prompt into ChatGPT: “Using my uploaded reference photos and your previous answer about my repeating life pattern, create six beautiful, individual cinematic images in 1:1 square format that tell my personal story. Begin with a dramatic visual representation of the pattern I’ve been repeating, then show my ambition, challenges, personal growth, important relationships, and the lessons I’ve learned. Let each image naturally transition into the next, like scenes from an inspirational Hollywood movie. Make the final image an extraordinary, emotional representation of the life I’m truly working toward, surrounded by the people who matter most. Preserve our actual facial features and likenesses throughout. Use photorealistic imagery, beautiful lighting, and powerful visual storytelling. No slide numbers, no collages, and minimal text.” STEP 4: SHARE YOUR MASTERPIECE! 🚀 Post your six images in the comments, or share your favorite one! BONUS: Turn your images into a short cinematic video using CapCut! You don’t have to share your personal AI analysis. That’s yours to keep. Sometimes AI doesn’t just help us create something beautiful. It helps us see something about ourselves we hadn’t noticed before. Work Smarter. Live Better. ❤️

The story behind the images Sometimes the biggest change in your life is realizing you cannot keep carrying everything the same way. For a long time, I thought being strong meant handling everything, helping everyone, pushing through, and figuring it all out. But strength has started to look different to me. The first image represents the season of carrying too much. Work. Family. Clients. Responsibilities. Expectations. Always being the one who figures it out. The second represents the bigger vision I have for my life. I do not want to just stay busy. I want to build something meaningful. I want freedom, impact, purpose, financial stability, and a life I actually love living. The third represents the storms. The things that did not go the way I planned. The pain, setbacks, disappointments, and moments that tested me. But I kept going. The fourth is probably the most important. It represents coming back to myself. Healing. Reflection. Prayer. Journaling. Boundaries. Learning to listen to my own voice again instead of always listening to what everyone else needs from me. The fifth represents something else I have learned along the way. You are not meant to do life alone. The right people matter. The women who encourage you. The people who believe in you. The relationships that feel real, safe, supportive, and reciprocal. And the last image represents where I am headed. Not a perfect life. A peaceful one. A life with purpose. Freedom. Impact. Meaningful work. Strong relationships. Financial peace. Travel. Family. Laughter. Love. And a legacy that outlives me. I am still building it. I am still learning. I am still becoming. But I know this much now: I do not need more directions. I need to keep walking the one that is mine. Same girl. Bigger vision. Clearer purpose. And I am just getting started.

My First Opus Video......Excited :-)
I DID IT :-) I started learning OpusClips today. I have to share this because this morning I decided I was going to figure out OpusClip and actually use it, not just learn about another AI tool and then move on. I took one of my videos where I was opening my Repurposed Rising journal and put it into OpusClip. It pulled out a clip and gave it an 87/100 score, but what I really started learning was everything that goes into making a video actually STOP someone from scrolling. The hook i used. "People see a book, but I see every version of me that almost gave up." That changed the whole video for me,because now I wasn't just showing people my book, I was telling them why that book means so much to me. Then I learned how to work with the captions, change the layout, edit the video, write the copy and connect my Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts so I could publish from ONE place. And I published it twice. 😂and had to learn how to delete duplicate posts too. LOL The best part is, I also found out OpusClip has a calendar that actually shows me what posted, where it posted and whether it was successful, I had no idea it could do all of that. Then I took it another step and boosted the Reel on Facebook. Instead of just hitting boost, I actualy went through the actual settings instead of just posting it without seeing all of my options which is what I have done in the past.. I changed the goal, changed who I wanted to reach, changed the call to action to Visit Page, chose women 35+ who are interested in personal development and set test budget. So basically, I started this morning wanting to learn how to use OpusClips and ended up learning how to take ONE video and turn it into an actual social media marketing process. Video to Hook to Clip to Captions to Copy to Multiple Platforms to Target Audience to Promotion. It wasn't perfect, I made some mistakes alont the way but continued to learn more by actually sitting here and doing it than I would have learned by watching another 10 videos about it?

The Beginning with my Birthchart
I was playing around with AI and decided to do something completely different. I uploaded my birth chart and gave it my actual birth information: Sunday, March 3, 1968 at 1:21 AM at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. Then I asked it to create a visual representation of where my story began and the person I’ve become. And this is what we created. What struck me wasn’t really the astrology. It was seeing the little girl, the woman, the healer, the leader, the creator and the legacy all represented in one image. At 58, I’ve learned that sometimes the things we go through don’t make sense while we’re living them. It’s only when we look backward that we begin to see how the pieces connected. But I also believe this: You cannot move forward while constantly looking in the rearview mirror. Heal what needs to be healed. Learn what you were meant to learn. Be grateful for how far you’ve come. Then keep moving. Everyone was born with a purpose. And maybe finding that purpose isn’t about becoming someone completely different. Maybe it’s about finally becoming who you were always meant to be. Same girl. Bigger purpose. I’m still becoming. And I’m definitely not finished yet. Now I’m curious: If you could ask AI to create one image representing your life story, what would you want it to show?
