Going for tapas tonight with the girls, it will be the first night ever to go out without the bag and without drinking. I offered to drive so wouldn't feel pressured to drink. Hopefully will get thru it and enjoy the night without any substance. Hopefully they will not offer anything 🙈 Nervous as all new but gotta have faith 🙏

Day 18 no drink. 5.30 am seems to be my new wake up time. So early gym session done..have a good day
