Kev, Great post, read it! I like #10 best. That said, one vein that I think runs through this whole set of tips is the need to have on-point concise verbiage or writing or stories or reasons to set an appointment with the party asking (in this case, naturally, me). What if you are CONSTANTLY second guessing this verbiage and that stops you from sending? <--Not sure who I may be referencing here, but hey, it does stop me. :) ~M~

Kev, Thanks so much for your comprehensive vid and email response. I have posed this to JJ at this time as to what we cant do on BM1 and that HS offers. He said he did indicate that there is a cheap version of Hubspot at $45/pp/mo which is the same price as BM1. I would rather not switch if we are not gaining something with the scaled down version of the platform. Frankly, we dont have time to even turn our attention to diagnosing, deciding and switching until near year end. ~M~
