@Adeline Gossett way to work through the challenges and press on! I had a moment this morning where things felt very overwhelming. I didn't feel like working out and didn't want to stop to do it, but I did it anyway, and I'm grateful! My energy has shifted and I'm in a more balanced place. Just a little win from today!
