Many reasons to visit Peru
If Peru isn’t on your travel list yet, it might be time to change that. From breathtaking landscapes to rich culture and unforgettable food, Peru offers an experience that stays with you long after you leave. I know because I’ve been there 5 times and can’t wait to go back in September.

@Andrew Wright That makes a lot of sense—immersion really does take things to another level.

@Andrew Wright I was educated in a Catholic school where all of the teachers were American, and both instruction and textbooks were in English. At home, however, my mother required my siblings and me to speak only Spanish. Because of that balance, I’m fluent in both languages.
WELCOME TO "THE PASSPORT CONNECTION"
Hi Everyone. It's great to have you as a member on this site. The primary objective on this site is to offer select friends and fellow travellers an international community platform enabling them to find, connect, befriend, refer, recommend and / or communicate with each otherĀ in different countries of the world. Here you will build strong connections and enjoy enhanced travel experiences with those people and their communities when traveling to their countries. Imagine travelling to any country that you can think of and connecting to likeminded individuals and communities of locals who are excited to meet you, are excited to introduce you to thier friends, are excited to be connected to you and are excited to share thier communities, towns, thier rich history and thier dinner tables with you. Currently we have members and friends from: France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, UAE, Czech Republic, USA, Canada, UK, India, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, China, Argentina, New Zealand and Australia listed .... all regular world travellers, and connections. Our current members are known friends and travellers, individuals who have travelled together, lived together overseas, lived with me in Australia or friends that I have enjoyed adventures with in many locations around the world. There are also members who through common connections are people who have been recomended by existing members. Over the next 3 months I am offering another 150 Free memberships to the general travelling public from across the world.Ā This promotion won't be repeated so take advatage of this offer now. Each lucky new member will have a 30 minute one-on-one zoom call with me to discuss thier greatest ever international travel experience. This call will be recorded and made available as valuable content for other members. I'm building a very large global family of people who love to travel, explore and CONNECT all over the world. For me, someone who has travelled extensively, It’s not so much the places themselves that you find yourself in, but "the people and their stories that I love so much about international travel.

Simple Communication Channels on The Passport Connection
Hi everyone There are two ways to communicate on this site. One: If you would like to reach out to the entire membership group, share information, ask questions etc, simply write a post in the Community link and select the category GENERAL DISCUSSION prior to posting. All travel related conversations will be stored in this category. You are also able to upload documents, images and videos with your post if you wish. Two: If you would like to have a private conversation with another member without it showing on posts, then go into the Members link, find the member that you would like to have a discussion with and on the top right of their listing you will see a Chat icon. Click on that icon and begin your PRIVATE chat session there.

Good to know that the chat is active in this community. In other communities you need to make level 3 or above in order to be allowed to chat with other group members.
Originally from Puerto Rico
A warm hello to everyone! In 2006, I left Puerto Rico and moved to Florida, then later to New York, where I lived until the summer of 2019. Since then, I’ve been based in Florida, while continuing to travel regularly to New York, as my main office remains in Manhattan. I enjoy traveling to other countries and cruising the Caribbean, and I make it a point to travel 2-3 weeks each year. I'm looking forward to sharing and hearing travel stories. Be well! āœˆļø
