I’m brand new so I’m still in complete practice mode. I have been mostly just putting the practice clay into my reclaim bucket (after I play around with trimming and then cut it in half to see how even the walls were) but I actually liked this one so I’m going to keep it- because it was the first thing I made and why not! 😊

Hello everyone! My name is Michelle, I live in Central FL and I stumbled across this class via Tik Tok. I am brand new to pottery- I had been talking about it for a while and then my husband surprised me with a wheel for Christmas, so I'm jumping right in! I'm a mom to 3 teenagers that keep my anxiety on it's toes, my husband and I own a construction company, and I love to cook and bake. I was looking for a creative outlet for myself that wasn't, in my mind, a "task related hobby" (like cooking/baking). I just feel the strong pull to do something for myself and I gravitated toward ceramics. I am so excited to see where this takes me. So far I have only worked on centering and coning so I have SO much to learn!
