BIG NEWS: My New Morning Wellness Routine! 🌱
Good morning, beautiful souls! ☀️ 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. After years of studying herbs and wellness, I’ve decided to completely change my morning routine. Starting today, I am no longer drinking tea or water. Instead, I will be going out into my backyard at 5:00 AM, burying my feet in the dirt, and simply 𝕡𝕙𝕠𝕥𝕠𝕤𝕪𝕟𝕥𝕙𝕖𝕤𝕚𝕫𝕚𝕟𝕘 with my houseplants for energy. 🪴☀️ I figure if my pothos plant can thrive on just sunlight and vibes, so can I! I'll let you know how my leaves are coming along next week. ... ... ... 𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗬 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦' 𝗗𝗔𝗬! 🤣🌿 Could you imagine?! Decaf Anything - Please don't ask me to do things, I'm running on empty. I have a new puppy so my sleep is interrupted with taking him out at night. I am drinking Rooibos tea...which has no caffeine in it. I ran out of my black tea...which i really need right now ..lol
