🚀 What workshop rules do you set?
I recently consulted a client who wanted to do better client workshops. To my surprise, they didn't use any rules to guideline that collaborative dynamics – which I think is absolutely key to avoiding loads of trouble. Also, I tend rather to call them --> GUIDELINES or --> RECOMMENDATIONS, because certain terms are more or subtle resistance triggers.
