Learning AI Automation Together (No Hype)
Hey everyone 👋 This year has been a lot for people trying to build online, AI moving fast, tools changing weekly, automation feeling overwhelming instead of freeing. I’ve noticed many of us aren’t stuck because we’re lazy or lack ideas… we’re stuck because there’s too much noise and not enough clarity. As a digital marketer, my focus this year is simple: help people turn AI + automation into something practical, not confusing. No hype. No “just automate everything” advice. Just real workflows, clear systems, and small wins that actually save time and make money. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck between learning and executing, or unsure how to apply what you’re seeing here, know you’re not alone. I’m happy to share what’s working for me, what isn’t, and learn together with this community. Let’s make AI work for us this year, not stress us out. Glad to be here 🤝

@Hicham Char Totally get that, that’s honestly one of the smartest moves you can make right now. Sticking to one solid workflow beats chasing every new tool every time. Most progress comes from refining what already works, not constantly switching things up. If you ever want a second set of eyes on that workflow or to simplify it even more, I’m happy to share thoughts. Either way, you’re definitely on the right track.
When AI Automation Finally Starts Making Sense
I used to feel completely stuck here… watching everyone talk about AI workflows, automations, and client results while I was still struggling to even put the pieces together. I kept asking myself: – What tool should I even start with? – How do I offer this as a service without overthinking every step? – Why does everyone else seem to be moving faster than me? It honestly felt like I was trying to figure out a puzzle with half the instructions missing. 😅 But recently, I finally connected with someone who actually understands the process and broke things down in a way that made everything click. And for the first time, I’m building real momentum instead of just collecting notes and watching from the sidelines. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, just know you’re not alone — and you’re definitely closer than you think.

@Mubashar Iqbal okay, if l may ask, what is the puzzle?

@Mubashar Iqbal To make your knowledge truly useful and turn it into real results, the key is to focus on three pillars: application, visibility, and systems. 1. Making Your Knowledge UseableConvert what you know into simple, repeatable frameworks. Break complex ideas into step-by-step processes, templates, or SOPs. This not only helps clients understand your value but also makes your delivery consistent and scalable. People don’t pay for knowledge—they pay for outcomes and clarity. 2. How to Get ClientsStart by positioning yourself around the specific problem you solve. Share practical value through short case studies, mini tutorials, or behind-the-scenes processes. Build credibility through social proof and offer a simple entry point (a free audit, a mini automation demo, or a roadmap call). People need to see what you can do before they say yes. 3. How to Scale an Automation BusinessScale comes from systems, not effort. Start by standardizing your most requested automations, packaging them as fixed offers, and delegating or automating internal workflows. Use client feedback to improve your solutions and expand into subscription services or ongoing maintenance plans. This turns one-time clients into recurring revenue.
You’re Not Alone in This AI Journey
Hey everyone 👋 I just wanted to share something real for a moment…A lot of us here are trying to figure out AI and automation, but it can feel overwhelming, too many tools, too much information, and not enough real results. I used to feel stuck, confused, and honestly… alone in it. There was a point where I thought maybe I just wasn’t cut out for this. But then I connected with someone who had gone through the same struggles and helped me see things differently. They didn’t try to sell me anything, they just shared what worked for them and gave me clarity and confidence again. Now I’m finally starting to see progress, one step at a time. So if you’re feeling frustrated or lost, just know… you’re not alone. We’re all learning. And I’m happy to talk, share experiences, or even just listen if you ever need someone who gets it. 💬 We’re in this together. 🚀
Why Most AI Automations Never Make Money
Most people in AI Automation aren’t stuck because they don’t know tools… They’re stuck because nothing is connected into a real system. You watch tutorials. You build tiny automations. You save workflows. But when it’s time to turn it into something usable, sellable, or scalable… everything feels messy. No structure. No repeatable setup. No clear path from learning → earning. If you’ve ever thought: “Okay… I get the tech. But what do I actually BUILD with this? ”you’re not alone. The shift happens when you stop building automations and start building systems. Systems that: - replace manual work - solve real business problems - can be packaged, reused, and sold - actually save time or make money I’ve been working on exactly that — taking scattered AI tools and turning them into clean, real-world automation systems that businesses can use and pay for. If you’re here to move from experimenting to executing, from watching to building things that work… You’re in the right room. Drop a “SYSTEM” below if you want to build something real, not just play with tools.

@Kevin troy Lumandas Totally. One-offs show skill, but systems create results. When everything connects, data, logic, and action, that’s when automation actually becomes useful and valuable.

@Hicham Char Great question. I focus more on architecture than tools: - Modular workflows - Event-driven logic - Standardized data schemas - Built-in validation, logging, and fallbacks - Clear separation between orchestration, AI, and data I treat systems like lightweight microservices, even in no-code, so they’re reusable and easy to scale. Are you building more for internal ops, clients, or productized systems?
