Your Body Remembers: Healing Migraines Through Awareness
For years, I thought my migraines were only from anxiety, food, or the weather. What I did not realize was that my body was also carrying emotional tension I had not processed I was pushing through exhaustion holding in frustration I did not realize my migraines were from trauma stored in my body and from unprocessed emotions and the more that I learned to listen to my body, honor my emotions, and create space for rest, the more I understood my migraines were not random and through emotional mapping I released trauma that was stored in my body, sometimes the question is not just how do I get rid of this migraine?, instead ask what is my body trying to tell me?, what is 1 thing you knew about migraines sooner?, let me know in the comments.

Emotional translation for migraines
Here's is the emotional translation for migraines. Can you relate to any of these patterns? Share your thoughts and experiences below - we learn and heal together. People who suffer from intense migraines often have poor personal boundaries. You don't know when to say " yes ", and when to say " no ". You often say "yes" when you want to say "no". You end up in conflicting circumstances, you can't escape from. You always feel, "should I stay or should I go". You sabotage your ability to express clear boundaries. This makes you resent yourself, your circumstances, and the people taking advantage of you. You often overwhelm yourself by having too much to do. You have many unspoken words. There is a need to be heard and to be acknowledged. The migraine often benefits by allowing you to say "no" and express your boundaries. In certain cases, individuals may use the migraine as a justification to escape from situations where they would have otherwise succumbed rather than following their inner voice. Even though the migraine is unpleasant, an important question is "what would you have to do deal with if the migraine stopped?". Sometimes, the answer could be "Then I would not have enough time for myself". You would have to face a problem or conflict that you are avoiding. You must deal with circumstances that make you feel out of control. Another question to ask is "what am I trying to push out of my life?". You are stuck in circumstances if you have suppressed your ability to stand strong within yourself. You feel under tremendous stress to perform and please others. You often get involved in situations that are neither your responsibility not your problem to begin with. Your need to save, help, or rescue others is a priority. This pattern gets the better of you. You end up pulling the short end of the rope. This only makes you feel bitter, unsupported and angry. You are placing yourself under tremendous stress and pressure. You experienced a great deal of pressure and high expectations during childhood. You often feel irritated and frustrated by everything and everyone. All of your problems seem bigger than life itself to you.
