Monday
I had a medical procedure this morning, six lidocaine injections in my upper back and neck. It's a test to see if, when they fry the nerves in this area, how much pain it relieves. It will be a big help. I just can't wait to get the procedure over with. Yeah, it took more out of me than I expected. What are you doing this fine Monday?

Ok it's take care of us time. I finally went for a blood and other test yesterday and got my B12 shot that i have not done in months.Yrp tome for me😀

@Debby Garcia hello twin It's my pleasure to be here with you I hope that I can contribute knowledge About my journey my health journey I finally aftermany years of taking care of everybody else Got to my doctor to take a blood test et cetera et cetera Get my B-12 shot which I haven't done in a year and a half and so yeah I'm really starting again to be able to take care of me . I am the sole caretaker of my mom who's 93 And I did have another a person that I was caring for through some really heavy health issues but this last 1. which was a diabetic coma I had to finally put some boundaries up for his family And told them that now it's their turn to care for him So after 16 years of caring for this person one thing or another I finally was able to have his family step up take care of him he is back in his country being taken care of And I have my space my freedom and a bit more time to look after me So I'm grateful to be here I know I'm going to learn a lot and I hope that I can also help somebody have a blessed day .😊

Glp1 Medications
I’m on Mounjaro and was wondering if anyone else is on a Glp1 medication? I’m a Type 2 diabetic and started because my A1c started going up. If you’re a diabetic it helps so much. My A1C highest was 8.5 on 5 different meds. Now on 1 shot a week, it’s down to 5.3.
