A couple notes: - I was having issue with the audio in the stream because of the need to capture it all on video while on a live call and mixing. My PC was seriously stuttering. The video is fine, but there is delay on the voice audio. - George did a pretty darn good job on his own mix, so this is mostly a different perspective on it so he could take away any ideas he might like to incorporate (and hopefully you all find useful info as well!) - I used some plug-ins beyond those that we usually share in the lessons. Hey guys, I'd love to hear what music project you are currently working on? An individual song or thinking of a whole album? Is it music for something else like to go with a movie? What's currently in your DAW getting tweaked and recorded? For me, I always have a few things in progress at once. I;m just going into pre-production with my Answer infinity band on our next full length. I'm finishing writing, "Inspire" which is a tune featuring one of my endorsements. And, lastly, I'm working on a mini song for my upcoming YT lessons on the top 5 habits of Jimi Hendrix.

Following in the feeling of Mark's post of 'what have you been working on lately?' - Two days ago I released a song I've been working on for about a month (in the midst of working on other clients' projects as well). I think it's important for me to continue producing my own stuff. This keeps my tools sharp as it requires me to flex all my musical muscles - both those that are strong, and some that still need training. I thought I'd share this song with you all. If anyone has any questions about any parts of the production, I'd be happy to start a conversation.

Doing a vocal mix again on an upcoming single, "Unbreakable." This session ended up being NOT the final mix. I did a fair amount of work on it the next day because I had definitely gotten bleary-eared by the end of this. I'll include the final mix MP3. The main changes are: - moving the question/answer delay in the chorus to different words - beefing up the levels on the vox - and adding a layer on the chorus vox of the main vocal with almost no effects so it comes over the music more clearly and with power.
