Biking is Goated for Knee Injury Prevention & Rehab
Duuuudeee, check might how sick this bike ride weather is π€€ - honestly I used to hate biking but after going through ACL surgery I was recommend to take it up moreβ¦ there are some crazy studyβs out there that show people who cycle often are way less likely to get serious knee injuries and recover from them way fasterβ¦ I can be boring π
but something to think about, it build up the VMO muscle very well (which is important) π Sorry for the random Brian dump post ππ§
