Is rso any good for ibs/sibo do you know?

@Jennifer Erving thanks ever so much for your help & taking time out your busy day for to have a look for me ☺️💚 ill be shore to speak to my doctor but they're pretty useless tbf 🤦🏻‍♂️ yes medical flower is legal here 🇬🇧 but the doctors are pretty clueless unfortunately, i have used it in the past but just not since i found out i was ill.
