Hello, I'm Michael Turkic, Australian/Croatian dual citizen, living and working in Australia and Europe. I am a qualified chef with special training and certifications in Asian Cuisne, including Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Indian, Indonesian, Chinese as well as my cultural skills in Croatian food.
