I signed my property up for CRS and paid the $199.00 annual fee. However, I have no idea what comes next. I haven't received any info from them other than an email stating they got my money. (I had to call several times to get that response). I don't see where I can update my property information or submit photo's. What am I missing? Thanks

One of my long term tenants is moving out. I am looking to do Midterm going forward. Should I consider leasing furniture for the property before going all out and buying a house full of furniture? The cost would be around $700.00 per month to lease a house full of furniture. Thx
