NEWBIE HERE finished the course
VIRTUAL WHOLESALING right now. From what I have been listening too I need to cultivate a relationship with a few buyers first. Find an area that meets the criteria. 100K =Population Median Price under $300K Then I find a list and call the seller. See if they are interested in selling. Find boots on the ground to look at the property.(JV partner) would be best. All the while developing a relationship with both the buyer and seller. Does this seem like a good starting point to you? @everyone
