@James Easson, I received a returned VM from a local Work Comp Attorney who stated there are no Work Comp Attorneys in the state of MN that handle USPS Work Comp Claims, he did however, give me the contact info for a firm that is out of state. I plan on submitting a report of injury, based upon results from an independent, certified lab in regard to the dust within the mail processing machines at the plant that I work at, that has led to 2 separate episodes of severe vision impairment after being exposed to a greater concentration of this dust within the last 2 months. The symptoms were of severely blurred vision, double vision, kaleidoscope-like vision and each occurrence lasted for 10-20 minutes before I could function again. Immediately after the last occurrence on Oct 28, 2025, I punched out half way through my shift and drove straight to the ER, where some testing was done with no problems found. I have a follow up appt with my Primary Care Physician Dec 15th.
