For years I struggled with feeling like I was a part of something, a part of a community, someone that matters. After the military I fell into a deep depression, one that felt impossible to beat. I tried so many therapies, so many quick fix options but one thing never felt right. It was the community I lost in the military that I was missing deeply. It was those around me that could tell me to keep going even when things were tough. It’s not expensive things, money, or huge life changes that help you the most. It’s taking small steps and celebrating those victories. It’s having someone to tell you that you matter and to keep pushing. In this group we will build good habits and create a positive mindset.
