OK, so I just have to confess that I have been working on the Essentials courses since we moved to Arizona last year. My coach, Julie Dale, has connected me with this study group recently and so I would like to submit what I have completed in between moving from Colorado to Arizona. I don't really expect a standing in the 30-days process, but here goes on what I have completed. I have completed the Launch to Success, Tax & Legal Day 1&2 (which is so awesome and eye-opening), Real Estate Foundations, and Chris Albin's Real Estate Red Flags, Creative Acquisitions and am now working on his Deal of the Decade videos. I also completed Be A Genius - Accelerate Your Learning and have met Bob Snyder and Eric Counts at 2 different regional presentations in Colorado before being able to join Renatus. I will hopefully breeze through the Understanding Credit Day 1 course since I have raised my current personal scores to 673 to 746 across the bureaus. Eric's classes and company were a definite boon to the process. I will keep you posted on how I progress through the rest of the course work. Me kudos and congratulations to all of the rest of you on progress.

The shift in learning methods from the 2 way aproach of Read and Repeat, to ARCORE -i.e. Aproach, Reading, Comprehension, Organisation, Retention and Explaing is a good revelation that I have already started to incorporate into my learning starting from the i. Using the Stdy cycles ii. removing distraction by making a distraction list. 2. "Lack of Method is always a lack of confidence".
