I think some tactics in cold calling would be a huge help. Also, with so much out there that we can offer (SEO, Voice AI, websites, reputation mgt, etc), a reminder to keep it SIMPLE and just solve problems is good. We get bogged down with setup, pricing, tech implementation and fulfillment, etc., that we forget to keep it simple. #BackToBasics
