How do I automate tasks in nodejs backend that automates money sending procedures after a certain period? Note that the period is set by the users and may varry depending on eqch user

I'm working on a React Native app using Expo and I want to ask if anyone has experience in releasing apps. I'm thinking about the costs in general but honestly I don't feel like their website is clear. So whats better than asking if anyone already has experience with it? I'm also thinking of using their EAS services as it seems to remove all the hustle. Also, I will surely need to have push notifications for my app.
