We're looking for one personally available rep to call researched cold US contractor prospects, qualify them, follow up and close the sales. BMT fulfils the service. The commission is 50% because you own BOTH the outbound calling and the closing. A fully paid $3,000 USD project earns you $1,500 USD. Commission-only, based on initial service fees actually collected on your attributed sales; no base salary or guaranteed earnings. With the proposed customer payment milestones, that's $750 as the $1,500 deposit clears and $750 as the balance clears. Attribution, payout and refund/chargeback terms will be agreed in writing before work starts. The customer receives one mobile-friendly website page with a quote form and click-to-call, consistent existing branding, Facebook/Instagram profile cleanup, six unique project posts from their photos, two revision rounds and handover. BMT handles production and fulfillment. Domain, hosting, original logos, advertising and ongoing publishing are separate. We don't guarantee leads or jobs. We provide researched cold contractor contacts, company-specific phone talking points, the scope and genuine work examples. These are cold prospects, not prebooked appointments. This is an initial outbound pilot; we don't have a verified BMT close rate, show rate or OTE to advertise.
