I need a Calisthenics plan
Can someone tell me a good calisthenics plan? Since rn I'm training for hspu and front lever, I do feel stuck in a plateau, and my plan looks like this. Monday- wall hspu pike pushups shoulder taps hollow body hold Tuesday- fl hold with band fl pushups (tucked) fl negatives/pullups Wednesday- Hspu Fl hold L-sit Thuessay - rest Friday Hspu Fl holds Pullups Saturday Hollow body hold L sit Side plank Sunday rest and repeat
