Just throwing the question out there. Does coaching come naturally or is it hours of hard work. Is it concepts that seem to just make sense or having to make sense out of concepts? Meanwhile continuing to be refined through working on the content!

What's your goal for your coaching business in 2024?

I have heard FOR YEARS that Journaling daily can be a gamechanger for people in self-development. I've never really considered it, but I've seen a couple of people talking about the habit in this community and I am wondering if starting this coaching course isn't the opportunity to start documenting my journey through a journal as well. For you all practicing Journaling, when do you do it? What prompts do you use to fill it in, and what did it concretely bring you on the long run? Many thanks!
