@Ka Yip I've had a hell of a time trying to find commercial insurance for food delivery on scooter/ motorcycle. No company will do it because its not considered a "Fleet Vehicle" ( ie. Cars, trucks or vans). There are a hell of alot more of those vehicles on the road. Plus, two wheel vehicles entail more risk especially for the hours we put in. I tried to go through the Insureon.com page and they sent me to Progressive. Progressive used to cover food delivery for scooter/ motorcycles two years ago. So I ended up just getting Personal w/Basic Liability. I'm going to look into using the insurance offered by DD/ Uber. I hope my research helps somebody out.
