@Katherine Andersen ; Was there any specific language, framing, or caveat you used when introducing yourself as a self-represented buyer that you felt helped the listing agent take you seriously? I’ve studied contract law, helped draft legislative proposals, and spent years as a DJ/MC, so I understand, grammar, tone, timing, and direct language matter when you need to convey confidence, competence, and clarity to someone as important as the seller’s agent That is probably already from the start not wanting to listen to you. I've dealt with this with the judge and the first 5 words that come out of your mouth or on paper better be profound. lol. Thank you in advance for any insights
