What's the most efficient way to deal with body fat and weight? When cutting, it's hard to build muscles but you do want to get lean for Front Lever and Planche. So, what to do? I did a little cut the last month. Now, I weigh 163 lbs at 6'3" with about 13 to 15 percent body fat. I notice improvement in skills like Front Lever, Back Lever and Planche. What should I do now? Cutting even further, bulking a little to build muscle or should I try do maintain my current bf%? The goal is to reach Full Front Lever as soon as possible. I'm currently at Straddle Front Lever for about 4 s. I did about 1.5 years of gym and 2 months of training Front Lever.
