it is going to be a long post. if you just want access to the questions, just download the attachment. if you are starting out or a seasoned coach, this might be helpful for you. after going through Ed's methodology and what I learnt from the book "change your question, change your life." which is a great book for coaches. i have developed 100 questions for the 4 steps in the expert coaching transformation guide. Here is the 100 with some bonus questions. if you are a new coach starting out and need help starting or to open your clients up. i suggest you read the book - change your questions, change your life by Marilee Adams also based on the book, i have align my questions to ED's 4 step process/4 pillars: 1. diagnose the problem 2. break the beliefs 3. retrain the behaviours/beliefs that caused the problem 4. compound the daily behaviours that keep building the transformative behaviours. i have 100 questions that i developed and used with my own sessions for you to to adapt and use. Read through them and pick and chose for your own sessions and adapt them if you need. i have also created a word document attached to this post. but it is the same as this post. 100 questions "Change Your Questions, Change Your Life: 10 Powerful Tools for Life and Work" by Marilee Adams is a book that introduces the concept of Question Thinking as a transformative approach to personal and professional development. The book emphasizes the idea that the questions we ask ourselves and others have a profound impact on our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Temporary goodbye
I know I have been quiet in the last couple of weeks but I am at a critical junction in my life. I am migrating yet again! This time back to Singapore. I would say I have always lived a nomadic life my entire life. My family has a nomadic history. If you know anything about the KeJia tribe in China (where my grandfather was from) they are like the Bedouins which i suspect we might be related but I have never proven it and I feel that ancestry tests violates one privacy.i prefer the traditions and ancestral information passed down through stories. My grandfather’s tribe perfected the art of persevered foods (naturally) due to their nomadic nature, they often have to bring preserved food for an extended period of time and they needed to learn how to preserve meat, vegetables and grains through their entire journey. So after migrating to the UK, US, singapore, South Korea, India and Sweden. We have decided to return to Singapore(long story, ask me one of these days) Over the years we have accumulated so much fats in our lives that it is hard for us to shed but after a major overhaul here in Sweden we are light again a large chunk of our visceral fats have been removed from our critical organs and so we are now heading back to the land we once knew with complete reliance on God. I have learnt so much from this community and from the people and countries I have connected with that I am expanding my repertoire to include travel and migration coaching. Especially for people moving from the east to the west and vice-versa. If there is anyone here from Malaysia, singapore or Indonesia, I would love to connect with you. Reach out and I’ll DM you. Further updates on the journey will be on my own private social network. In the mean time, vi ses, auf Weidersehen, zàijiàn 再见, selamat jumpa, annyeong안녕, alavida अलविदा, Adios, As the famous robot from the future once declared “I will Be Back!” I WILL be back P/s to my Muslim friends in the community happy Ramadan. Know that I am fasting with you these 30 days and to the Christians happy Lent.

@Michael Carr glad you find it useful but no this is not an official resource from Ed. It was a resource I developed over time. And I thought I’d share it. Because once it is out there it might benefit others. 😊
Alternative to Calandly
Hello all! I was wondering if anyone is using an app other than Calandly to schedule clients. Many thanks for any tips 🙏

I run my own private social network with an inbuilt calendaring system but I rather use calendly to have an open schedule
I'm not feeling great today
Hello EC playmates 😀 As the title of this post says, I'm not feeling great today and actually haven't been all weekend. While I know that it would be prudent to rest and let my body deal with this lurgy, I do have stuff to do. The symptoms change everyday and I've been experiencing the following - lethargy sore throat coughing blocked nose aching back All things that point too cold/flu like symptoms. I am one of those people who doesn't do well with mainstream medication so I'm looking for suggestions that are on the more natural spectrum please. What would you suggest? My head's so woolly that I'm really not thinking clearly and I'm wondering what i might be missing that might just help me. Thank you lovely people. No suggestion is too bizarre. Trust me on this one 😂
