Trade show help needed
I am not quite ready yet with my GHL but I want to demo Voice AI at a manufactureres convention tomorrow (TODAY, Tuesday, 02/24/26). Would anyone be willing to let me use their's? Something appropriate for a manufacturer, I.E. not a realtor or detailer, etc. I would glady pay double the cost of usage or something.
AI Agents in Europe
Hey friends, I am excited to be a part of the community and thank you for the incredible training and templates. Our goal is to sell agents in European Union and I would like to collaborate with anyone here who has experience in selling agents in EU, Spain in particular, and also Australia. Topics: how to replace A2P texting, GDPR, Whatsapp integration outside USA. is there a training for agents for non-US customers that is already in the classroom? (We are happy to share in the next 6-8 weeks our findings) Who here is keen to collaborate to bring this to Europe?

Hey Masa, you might swipe my prompt in the post below I just posted, titled "Comprehensive Voice AI Research specific to GhL & Prompt" then modify the prompt for your needs. If ran in Claude Opus 4.5 fully stacked with all research options, it will give you some initial direction
Uk based ….
Where’s the UK based guys at? Anyone with feedback or experience selling AI in UK compared to USA? Price points , how accepted it is etc? I have clients for my marketing agency in UK currently but thinking about concentrating on USA for AI stuff, especially voice.

Comprehensive Voice AI Research specific to GhL & Prompt attached
Here is extensive, current to the day research. I don't hoard my research, so I am sharing it with the Ceo Lab family, before I file it away. I also attached the Prompt I made to initiate the research. Feel free to claim as your own, modify as desired and share freely as you wish. It would be nice if @Jeff Lopez or @Charles Guerra would put their stamp of approval or modify as needed before you go to crazy with it. The research is certainly compelling and I am excited by the possibilities the project reveals. ( I made this so I could help Mike with that Slide deck, too good not to share!)

ALSO, The prompt can be easily modified to a region, state, city, etc. You could easily modify the prompt for a specific vertical or niche as well. I put alot of time into the prompt for these reasons. This version is full and comprehensive, but also broad to USA and Canada. First thing I would do is Remove Canada ( I live in USA) and focus on my state if it was me, and then re-run it in Claude Opus 4.5 reasearch mode, web search, extended thinking and formal style. Then maybe a niche, not sure if I want to limit myself though.
Building my sales confidence
Howdy folks. I'm not confident with sales (yet). I'm a big picture gal and need to see the whole process to understand it and talk about it... aka sell it. So I've been procrastinating about sending looms. I put my thinking cap on and wondered "how can I prepare for a sales call" that demonstrates the wins I can provide clients. So I used this prompt and the results blew my mind. I'm selling GHL (HighLevel) plus AI integrations. Can you give me 10 scenarios where AI and automation could help growth for a [insert industry] please?

D type is dominant, the biz owner, CEO, Chairman of the board. Don't have time for a pitch, already knows he's gonna buy otherwise you wouldn't be talking to him. Act like a salesman, you lose. So....you don't talk about the features and benefits unless he asks, then keep it brief. Best to offer 3 options for him to choose. When he says "I will think about it, you then tell him....You would be happy to present the offer to his board, or his wife or his biz partner or whoever....basically accuse him of not being the decision maker, then he has no choice but to show you who is boss. Easy close if you know this technique. I type is hyper and wants to tell you all the bells and whistles and is just super enthusiastic. Thats me. When I find another me, I have fun selling because he lets me! Dont dare sell a D or S or I this way, which is what most people tend to do, oversell, they don't know when to shut up. You hear about the techniques from other guru's, give your preso, then shut up, the next person who talks loses. I have sat for 20 or 30 minutes staring...trying to sell a yacht to a hard core D (rich guys who can afford yachts). He broke first. I signed the deal. S type is family oriented. Cares about reliability. The product gives them time to spend with loved ones. Warranty is a big deal. Buys from family owned businesses very easily after you tell them how rooted your "family business" is. So, Car dealer, it's not the car so much, here's the close, talking like a country boy....real slow. "Here at Don Darr Pontiac, we're all about family, family owned for 50 years! My grand-daddy started this all in a small shop on the outskirts of town. If by some reason you break down, we'll have a loaner delivered to you on the spot. Gotta get those kiddo's to school after all! C type. The nerd (Also me, all people are mainly 1 profile, with a secondary minor). Takes a year to close. The greatest salesmen plan on this. Have excellent follow up. Never call them. They'll call you. The follow up is articles, data, info that pertains to their interest. When I sold yachts, I just sent them stuff about nerdy stuff like the density of the gel coat, the new fiberglass techniques, the changes in the metal composite of the piston rings in the engine. Stuff most care little about, but us C's eat it up. We love DATA! A year later, He calls, "Michael, you were the only person who took the time to stay in contact with relevent info and feed me answers without me even asking. I'm buying from you. The top guy on any salesforce, been there along time, is closing leads that are months and years old, because he knows how to feed a nerd, and is patient!
